And the thread from Sahil Bloom on cognitive biases introduced me to the Ben Franklin effect and the Plan Continuation bias, which resonated with me... Also I rediscovered the feeling wheel that I find very meaningful. Thank you for that!
π₯ I liked the concept in regards to leadership wins not necessarily being wins. I think it was a great reminder to focus on what's important. We get laser focused on achieving some goals without realizing they may not actually be wins if we don't keep this in mind
