Overall, we discussed that you CAN prevent burnout from happening, it is possible.
Hence, today, while the rest of the world focuses on goals and OKR's, lets discuss more on burnout as it can creep in and some strategies to prevent it.

Understanding the root causes of burnout is crucial. Members chatted about how personal and professional stress can really impact us, emphasizing the importance of little signs to assess and prevent it more effectively.
The conversation touched on the pitfalls of setting unrealistic goals. Goals that depend on external factors, such as salary increases or promotions, were deemed less fulfilling.
Instead, focusing on goals inspired by personal growth and impact was recommended.
