Hey friend,

This week's newsletter is going to be short and sweet. I have been honest and open about my journey as a creator with you. When I started this newsletter, I called it "The intersection of Front-end and Leadership." I initially thought it would be cool to provide value to my interests and combine the two.

But as weeks passed, I improved my writing and refined my focus, or you may have heard of the term "niche" 😉 so I am niching down.

My goal is to provide as much value as I can to you. I felt I couldn't do that as I would have liked it in short form without writing a REALLY LONG newsletter. Plus, I have a persona in my mind to whom I write this newsletter every week. And it was hard to focus on two personas while writing it.

Hence, I've decided to narrow my focus for this newsletter:

• It will be strictly for folks interested in growing as leaders
• If you are starting as a leader or are already one, this newsletter is for you!
• You don't have to take any action
